If you are doing outreach and continue to hit walls trying to get with a certain person, find other ways to connect with them or people around them. Keep the train going and don't stop reaching out.

If you're reaching out and haven't heard anything, wait 2-3 weeks and then send them more music. You should always follow-up even if you don't hear anything back initially.
