music supervisors
A music supervisor is responsible for creating and curating music options for directors and producers of visual media (i.e., Films, Trailers, Shows, Commercials). They also negotiate terms and gain clearance from the copyright owner of the songs being used. They are essentially the bridge between the owner(s) of the music and the media in which they are used.
